The doctor gave us the OK to start doing tummy time with Elle when she turned one month old. She has definitely been working on strengthening her neck muscles when we hold her upright, but we've been trying to put her on her belly a few times a day, too. She hasn't exactly enjoyed it, but last night I took advantage of her being in a pleasant mood, and she did really well tolerating it.
I took some video ... and if you watch through my annoying encouragement until about the two minute mark, you'll get an extra, uh, bonus. I think it is the highlight of the video.

Niiice! She has a very healthy digestive system. :) Ella's not a big fan of tummy time either. My ped gave us the go ahead for tummy time right away at her post-hospital weight check appointment. She still prefers laying on mommy/daddy's chest tummy time though.
