Two years ago, Tim and I sent out Christmas cards with a wedding photo and a photo of us with the cats in front of the Christmas tree. Last year, we sent out traditional cards but included a photo of our first ultrasound in many of them. But this year? There's no question - we'll be sending out a photo card with the cutest baby ever on it.
There are a lot of companies competing for Christmas photo card business, but this year we'll be using Shutterfly. I've made photo books with Shutterfly in the past and plan to use them for some of our other photo-related Christmas gifts this year - the quality, prices and service are excellent. And their marketing department must be full of geniuses - they're offering 50 free holiday cards to bloggers. Do you know how many blogs I read that have mentioned this promotion? Answer: At least a dozen. The innovative approach certainly opened my eyes to their photo card products and won me over.
They have some of the most modern card designs and one of the widest selections I've seen, and I'm excited to send out our cards. The only problem? Choosing a design. As some of you know, I'm very picky about my designs, and I don't want something that will look like everyone else's or look like the same card I sent two years ago. I want something fresh and fun.
