One last post for the year: A recipe

Greetings, readers. I've got several recipes I'm hoping to blog about in the coming days, but tonight I'd like to share one in particular. I found it here.

Chocolate-covered cake balls

Ingredients:

Chocolate cake mix and all ingredients to make it
One can of frosting
1 bag white chocolate chips

Prepare cake as called for and cool completely.

Crumble the cake into a mixing bowl and mix with a can of frosting. (I used vanilla frosting and chocolate cake.) Note: An entire can of frosting might be too much. You can probably use 3/4 of the can and it'll be great. An entire can gets a bit too mushy.

Roll in to balls. (Mine were awfully small, and I think I had too many because I ran out of the melted chocolate to cover them. I think an inch or so in diameter would be good).

Melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave and roll each ball around in it using a spoon.

Remove covered balls from chocolate and place on wax paper to dry.

Enjoy!
