Week 35 update

Baby is STILL the size of a honeydew.

How far along? 35 weeks.

Total weight gain/loss: I don't think we're heading in a good direction here.

Maternity clothes? I can't wait until I can pack away my maternity clothes and stop living with two completely different sized wardrobes in my closet.

Best moment this week: Hitting 35 weeks/35 days?

Symptoms:
So exhausted. So much heartburn. So much twitchy legs. So much swelling (although not as much as I had with Elle). So much not being able to breath because there is a baby high up in my rib cage.

Movement:
Wesley isn't quite as active as he has been, but when he's awake and wants to move around, I'm completely aware. The movements stretch in new directions and

Food cravings:
Ice cream. Poptarts. Candy. Food, food, food. I can't eat enough (and I'm feeling extra fat because of it). I'm not eating all that well - I'm kind of in a "this is the end" mentality, and since I'm still eating lots of fruits, veggies, etc., I somehow justify all of the crap I'm also eating. Oy.

Aversions:
I should probably be avoiding the high-calorie, high-fat stuff. Should be ...

Gender?
IT'S A BOY!

Sleep:
I can't get enough, and I'm not getting enough. It's frustrating - I'm too tired to do anything, and I'm too restless to sleep.

What I miss:
Being able to relax without my legs spazzing out. Being able to sit and breathe like a normal person. Being able to wear normal clothes.

What I am looking forward to:
Meeting this baby!

Weekly Wisdom:
Just because nothing tastes good doesn't mean you have to eat everything trying to find one thing that proves you wrong.

Milestones:
My belly button is most definitely out now more than it is in.

My pregnancy with Elle - week 35 update here.
